If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you may return it to us in accordance with the detailed below. Contact us Retuns@techzette.co.za for more information.

Circumstances In Which Products Can Be Returned And/Or Exchanged

We approve returns and/or exchanges in the following instances:

  • The incorrect products have been delivered to you
  • The products delivered to you are damaged or defective
  • The product has the incorrect size or specifications

When a return and/or exchange is initiated, it needs to be initiated within 10 (ten) business days of delivery of the product having been delivered to you.

The Options You Have When Returning Any Products

When a product is returned to us, and all the requirements in this Returns Policy has been met, you can:

  • Have your account credited with the amount paid, less any handling fees and/or other charges which may be required to be levied against this amount
  • Have the amount refunded to you less any handling fees and/or other charges which may be required to be levied against this amount
  • Have the product replaced/exchanged

 

NB! Refunds will exclude any transactional fees and courier costs incurred by Techzette from the initial purchase and delivery.

How A Return And/Or Exchange Is Initiated

All returns and/or exchanges shall be initiated by means of an email sent to Retuns@techzette.co.za explaining the reason for the return and whether you would like the account credited, refunded or the product replaced/exchanged.

All returns shall be entirely at your own risk and we strongly recommend you ensure the delivery of the products are returned in good condition as stipulated below and that you utilise a courier service that can provide you with proof of delivery.

Who is responsible for the costs to return a product

The purchaser will be responsible for all associated costs in returning a products which includes, but does not limit to, the courier costs. It is recommend the product is  returned with a reputable courier company and includes insurance. Techzette can not accept responsibility for products being lost or damaged during transport. Once a return has been logged, the return address will be provided. 

Condition Of The Product To Be Returned

When returning the products to us, the below shall apply. The products needs to be:

  • Undamaged
  • Unused
  • In the original sealed packaging
  • Be in possession of the original receipt
  • Packaged and wrapped correctly and safely by you.

Should the product not be returned in the manner stipulated above, we may, at our sole discretion, choose not to honour the return/refund/exchange and/or charge you a handling fee.

What Will Happen Once A Product Is Returned

Within 5 (five) working days of the product being returned, and subject to inspection, the return will be processed by one of our team memebers.

As per your preference, your account will be credited, or a refund generated, or the product will be replaced within a further 5 (five) to 30 (thirty) working days.

Product Inspection

Once the product has been returned, and prior to accepting such return, we will be permitted to inspect the product and packaging.

In our reasonable discretion, in the case of the products not being suited to be returned, we shall not be obliged to accept such return and will contact you accordingly.
